Property Description

Lighthouse point is surrounded by water with your own private sandy beach. It's open floor plan allows your group to spread out throughout the house. Private peninsula featuring a walking trail to the point. There is enough parking space for up to 6 cars. Lighthouse point has multiple docks for boats, fishing, and swimming. West Lake Sylvia is known for catching Pan Fish, Northern Pike, Large Mouth Bass, Bluegill and Crappies and is connected to East Lake Sylvia by a navigable channel. The lakes are among the deepest lakes in the county at 78 and 97 ft. deep with very clean and clear water.
