The lakes are connected by a navigable channel with a combined acreage of 1,524. They are also among the deepest lakes in the county at 78 and 97 feet deep for the East and West lakes, respectively. Water quality is excellent. No Cattails on shore sandy bottom. So, you will find a quite setting tucked back in the cedars! Walkout basement with finished family room. The dock features a pontoon lift that can be used for up to a 24 ft. pontoon. Great fishing off the dock for pan fish and largemouth bass.
